Possible Heddon Shiner Scale Florida Tarpon Prototype

This incredibly rare lure is pretty nice with some normal wear. This is one of only a few known. According to some collectors and Lang's Auction site, it is believed to be an experimental lure made by Heddon for the Florida market (see last photo). The couple that have been found up until now came from Heddon reps. This is an extremely rare lure that you could wait years to find again!
