This tough lure has some paint loss on nose/head but is still a neat one for display. The lip has some wear and it's a bit hard to read. It looks like it is marked Old Time and Pioua or Piqua. It's a bit of mystery to me, but it is a cool lure. It reminds me of a Herb Mills bait.
