Joe Pepper Yellow Gold Spots Three Hook Minnow

This vintage Pepper lure is pretty nice with some expected wear. This one is very unusual and I haven't seen another one like it. It is the small size and has the body of a Jersey Minnow AKA Feathertail Minnow, but it has three hooks like a National Minnow. I'm not sure what the exact model name of this is, but it is definitely a tough one!
