Heddon Perch Ice Spearing Decoy 409L

The decoy is pretty nice with some expected wear. It has some paint flecks on the back that do light up under the black light. I personally feel it is probably just looking that way because paint flecks will do that, but it is possible it has some black touch ups on the back. Either way, it's a tough one and displays well.
