Unknown Blue & Red Fish Spearing Decoy

This decoy is nice with a little normal wear. I'm not sure on the age or maker, but I am pretty sure it has some age to it. It came from the collection of someone who lived by Chautauqua Lake, New York. This is a cool one to put on display!
