Buckeye Bait Co Perch Mad Minnow With Box Bottom

The lure is nice with light wear. It comes with the box bottom (NO lid) and insert. The insert is marked F-2-S. I'm not sure if that's the correct code or not but this is how I found it. You don't see this color very often!
