Au Pêcheur Breton Golden Shiner PB Minnow In Box. The lure is very nice and unused with light shelf wear. I was told lures marked with the P.B. Minnow lip were made by Pflueger or Heddon (to me this one more closely resembles a Creek Chub made scamp, but not exactly like them) and were for sale in France. Which company supplied these lures to Au Pêcheur Breton might not be exactly known (I am not sold on any of those companies making them), but it does seem like a really good quality lure. The box has a couple split corners as shown but is still great for display. Since these baits were made for the French market, it is extremely rare to find one here in the USA and there is barely any info out there about the company.
