Heddon Meadow Frog Luny Frog In Box

The lure has had the hook replaced and when they did so, the feet cracked apart. Besides that, it still looks pretty nice for display. I can make out 3509 faintly on the end of the box so I know it's a Luny Frog box, just don't know if it's 3509BB or 3509B.
