Creek Chug Frog Spot Weed Bug 2819

The lure is pretty nice with a little expected wear and it has some black stuff on the face. I tried to clean it off and it didn't come off easily so I do not know if it can be removed or not. I am not going to risk damaging the lure to try anything else. Even with that it still looks neat for display and is a tough one!
