Arbogast Purple Scale Fly Rod Hula Popper On Card

The lure is unused and still on the original card. As expected, the skirt has become brittle over the years and is falling apart inside the bubble. The bubble is lifting slightly off the card on the bottom but is otherwise still intact. This is a very rarely seen color for a Flyrod Hula Popper!
