Unknown Amber Shrimp
The lure is pretty nice with a little wear and it's missing a few legs. The tip of the tail looks like it touched something hot and got a little melted. All in all this is an awesome lure to put on display. I'm not sure who made it but it's only the second time I've ever seen one!
